A multi-phase redevelopment of the historic Deira Souk along Dubai Creek. Phase 1 spans 1.2 million sq ft and Phase 2 adds 2.1 million sq ft, integrating retail, dining, and residences across 13 plots. With plazas, promenades, and a transport hub, the project revives Dubai’s mercantile heritage while shaping a vibrant community district.
